When will my bag arrive?
All of our bags ship from the United States. If your bag is shipping to an address within the contiguous United States expect arrival within 5-7 days. After you place your order, we will send you a tracking number for your convenience.
How do I apply discount codes?
You will be given the option to apply discount codes during checkout. Some promotions may automatically be applied to your order.
Can I use my bag in the rain?
Not without an umbrella. Due to the nature of genuine leather, excessive contact with liquids will damage natural oils in the leather over time, potentially causing the bag to discolor or crack. If you get stuck in a rainstorm with your bag you should follow The Care Guide to make sure that your bag does not get further damaged.
What is your refund policy?
We accept returns within a 14 day period starting when you receive your bag. Returns will incur a 5% restocking fee that will cover the return shipping and our labor to return the bag. This fee does not apply if your bag arrives damaged.
